We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Commission-Based Travel Agent specializing in Walt Disney World Vacations, Universal Studios Vacations, Cruising, All-Inclusive etc. This is an independent contractor position, offering the flexibility to work from home and set your own hours. Your income will be directly tied to your sales and passion for creating unforgettable travel experiences for your clients.
Responsibilities:
Become the ultimate travel expert: Stay up-to-date on all things, including theme parks, resorts, special events, promotions, and new travel requirements.
Book comprehensive travel packages: Create customized itineraries that include park tickets, hotel accommodations, dining reservations, and transportation for individuals, families, and groups.
Provide exceptional customer service: Guide clients through the entire booking process, answer their questions, address concerns, and offer expert advice to ensure a seamless and magical trip.
Market your services: Actively promote your specialization through social media, networking, and other channels to generate leads and grow your client base. Facebook, Instagram and TikTok are required.
Handle client inquiries and bookings efficiently: Respond to all communications in a timely and professional manner, using booking systems to secure reservations and manage client information.
Troubleshoot and problem-solve: Assist clients with any issues that may arise before or during their travel, acting as their dedicated point of contact. This could require late night, early morning or holiday calls.
Start Up Fees: Fees cover set up, personal email, one on one training and access to our systems.
Qualifications:
Proven passion and in-depth knowledge of multiple travel destinations.
Prior experience as a travel agent is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with the drive to succeed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Proficiency with internet usage, social media, email, digital documentation, etc.
A home office setup with a reliable internet connection and phone service.
Compensation:
This is a 100% commission-based position. Your earning potential is uncapped and directly proportional to your sales. We offer a competitive commission structure and provide ongoing training and support to help you succeed.
